With your Concrete jungle lifestyle, frequent antibiotics intake and junk food with no exercise. I have
my own fears about you.

Thirty years is a long time pal, most economic and technology predictions go awry..so with Life.
Paleo diet and Antifragility were ideas then, how are they faring today, have you implemented them
yet ?
